Maintain a log book in which you record your sugar levels regularly and frequently. Make sure your log includes details about insulin, medications, doses, timings, exercising details, any major health alterations etc. This will definitely helps in preventing from diabetes. Diabetes is a serious health problem and should be taken care of. Negligence will only cause the problem to worsen and lead to the deterioration of your health alone.
