Rectal cancer: Colon and Rectal are both the part of digestive system. All the waste material is stored in the colon part and the rectal is the end part of the colon which is adjacent to the anus, it is used to store the stool. Together the colon and Rectal form the large intestine (large bowel).Rectal cancer occurs in the inner lining of the large intestine.
